Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Everybody Fitz Events website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
Who we are
Everybody Fitz Events is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Melrose, Massachusetts. Our mission is to create safe, inclusive spaces that support mental health and community well-being. All references to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Everybody Fitz Events.
Use of the site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers hosting it.
- Harvest or collect personal information about other users without their consent.
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Site.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of Everybody Fitz Events or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Donations
Donations made through the Site are voluntary contributions to our 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All donations are final and non-refundable unless required by law. We issue donation receipts for tax purposes in accordance with IRS guidelines.
Event participation
Registration for events, workshops, and support groups does not guarantee participation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to low enrollment, weather, or other circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site. We do not guarantee that the Site will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everybody Fitz Events and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or participation in our programs.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources (such as mental health crisis lines, partner organizations, or event platforms). These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party sites.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
